Lorna Fraser, has worked at Portland Physiotherapy Health & Wellness Centre for 20 years.  She began working as Office Administrator and has been the Office Manager for the last 8 years.  Lorna is responsible for all major duties at the front desk, including management of the clinic’s schedule, processing of patient accounts and data entry. She provides timely routine accounting support to the clinic; including producing, verifying and balancing daily revenue, maintains the cash flow ledger and petty cash account, works on accounts receivable (preparing month-end invoices, preparation of WCB invoices and collection activities), helps to prepare and submit monthly clinic business reports, and submits the payroll data.  Lorna also prepares the quarterly review of a random sampling of charts to check for billing accuracy regarding dates of attendance and services invoiced.  As the clinic’s Office Manager, Lorna provides administrative and clerical support to facilitate excellent business customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
